We are a specialist automotive workshop dedicated to classic restoration, custom vehicle builds, including but not limited to Motorsport inspired and Road limited run production vehicles. Our projects range from classic and retro restorations to one-off resto-mod concepts engineered in house. We combine craftsmanship, engineering innovation, and attention to detail to deliver vehicles of the highest standard.

Role Overview

We're looking for a talented and passionate Body and Paint Specialist to join our growing team. This role offers the chance to work on some of the most exciting and unique automotive projects in the UK -- from ground-up restorations to limited run production vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out panel preparation, priming, masking, and refinishing to the highest standards. Mix and apply paints to achieve factory-correct or custom finishes, including metallics, pearls, and custom painted designs. Perform wet flatting, polishing, and detailing to achieve show-quality results. Collaborate with fabrication, body, and assembly teams to ensure seamless vehicle completion. Maintain the paint booth, equipment, and materials in top condition. Contribute ideas to improve finish quality, materials, and painting processes. Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements

Proven experience as a car sprayer, vehicle refinisher, or paint technician, ideally within a restoration or custom build environment. Deep understanding of modern and classic paint systems (water-based, solvent, clear coat, primer, lacquer). Meticulous eye for detail and a passion for perfection. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, skilled team.. Full UK driving licence preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.64-25.83 per hour

Expected hours: 35.5 per week
