The role:

Support children with additional or complex needs (SEND/SEMH) in class. Build positive relationships that help pupils feel safe, confident, and engaged. Work alongside teachers and support staff to create inclusive learning environments. Choose your schedule - cover pre-booked days or be available for early-morning calls to help cover staff absences.

Ideal for:

Psychology, Education, or Health & Social Care graduates or students. Experienced care or support workers seeking day shifts. Anyone looking to explore a future in education, child development, or mental health.
