Cleanroom Operators
to join our growing production team.
Role Overview
As a Cleanroom Operator, you will work within a controlled cleanroom environment to support the manufacturing and assembly of medical devices. This role is essential to ensuring that products are produced to exacting standards and are safe for patient use.
Key Responsibilities
Perform assembly, processing, and inspection of medical devices in an ISO-classified cleanroom.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality.
Accurately complete batch records, documentation, and traceability logs.
Maintain cleanroom discipline, including gowning procedures and environmental controls.
Report any deviations, defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience working in a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, electronics, or similar) preferred, but not essential--full training provided.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow precise instructions and work to detailed procedures.
Good manual dexterity for fine assembly work.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Reliability, punctuality, and a professional approach.

We require a Clean Room Operator to work 7am to 4.30pm - Monday to Thursday at our factory in Redditch.
