The Job

This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, including maintaining communal areas across residential developments in Dartford and the surrounding areas, including, but not limited to:

Gardening Duties:

Grass cutting and lawn maintenance Hedge trimming and shaping Strimming and edging grass areas Weed spraying and removal Pruning trees, shrubs, and plants General garden tidying and waste disposal
Communal Cleaning Duties:

Hoovering carpets and floors in communal areas Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces Washing down walls, doors, and skirting boards Sweeping and mopping hard floors
The ideal candidate:

Works well independently and as part of a team Maintains a consistently high standard of work Professional and friendly approach at all times Follows health and safety procedures at all times Shows initiative in identifying and addressing issues Is physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks

What You Need

A full, clean manual driving license (essential for the role)

Salary:

26,984, with an annual review

Annual leave:

20 days plus bank holidays
