About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Casual Cleaner to join our team, carrying out cleaning works on new build houses within a live construction site. This is a flexible role with hours varying week by week depending on site requirements. You will be notified of available work by the Monday of each week.

Key Responsibilities:

Builders' cleans, re-cleans, and sparkle cleans of new build properties. Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, windows, skirtings, doors, and surfaces. Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting to ensure houses are handed over to a high standard. Maintaining health and safety practices while working on a construction site. Using cleaning products and equipment correctly and safely. Reporting any issues or snags noticed during cleaning.

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience preferred, ideally within construction/new builds. CSCS card desirable but not essential (can be supported for the right candidate). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work varying hours as required. Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
