About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Casual Cleaner to join our team, carrying out cleaning works on new build houses within a live construction site. This is a flexible role with hours varying week by week depending on site requirements. You will be notified of available work by the Monday of each week.

Key Responsibilities:

Builders' cleans, re-cleans, and sparkle cleans of new build properties. Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, windows, skirtings, doors, and surfaces. Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting to ensure houses are handed over to a high standard. Maintaining health and safety practices while working on a construction site. Using cleaning products and equipment correctly and safely. Reporting any issues or snags noticed during cleaning.

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience preferred, ideally within construction/new builds. CSCS card desirable but not essential (can be supported for the right candidate). Valid driving licence and access to transport (to travel between sites as required). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work varying hours as required. Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
