Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner / Cellar person to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires effective communication skills, as you will interact with members and colleagues regularly.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including function hall, bar area, offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned, dusted, and sanitised to meet health and safety standards. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts efficiently. Removal of empty kegs and restocking of cellar. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of work. Communicate effectively with team members to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Maintain an organised supply inventory and request additional supplies as needed.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with team members. Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary based on operational needs.
