Job Summary

WOW FM are looking for experienced Construction Site Cleaner driver to work on a variety of projects. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Due to the varied hours required the ideal candidate will have flexibility in their working hours as shifts will include evenings and weekends alongside daytime work. You may also on occasions need to respond to unexpected situations or urgent reactive callouts for our clients.

This is a varied and physical role, with a focus on builders & sparkle cleans, internal deep cleans and external cleaning including window cleaning using reach & wash, jet washing and external building cleaning.

This position is available to start immediately and on a self employed basis.

CIS / UTR Payment (No Umbrella companies / fees)

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 years experience as a Cleaner

CSCS Card Required

Valid Work Permit / Right to Work in UK

IPAF desirable (but not essential)

Experience across multiple cleaning disciplines

Full UK manual driving licence (essential as company vehicle is supplied)

Physically capable (due to nature of work)

Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Reliable, trustworthy and professional with clients

Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues.

The hours are varied and include nights and weekends so the ideal candidate with have need to be flexible with their availability. You may also on occasions be required to attend urgent reactive callouts from our clients.

This is a varied and physical role focusing on builders and sparkle cleans, deep cleans and external cleaning including reach & wash window cleaning as well as jetwashing.

This position is available for immediate start and is on a self employed basis.

CIS/UTR Payment (no umbrella companies/fees)

You should have at least 1 year cleaning experience across multiple cleaning disciplines and ideally have a CSCS card.

IPAF is also desirable but not essential

Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with our clients and team members

You should be self motivated and reliable.
