Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. This role is essential in providing a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and clients.
Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas. Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve cleanliness goals. Adhere to schedules for cleaning tasks as directed by management.
Requirements
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within set time frames. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
