Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cleaner , with a demonstrable track record of working within customer focused environment to support our two award-winning companies to make a real difference to peoples lives, homes and communities.



Are you:



Genuinely passionate about making a difference to our residents and able to use your initiative to deliver top quality customer service?



Able to assist in the provision of high-quality housing management and maintenance service by effectively keeping the communal areas of our schemes are kept in a clean and tidy condition.



Someone that has positive and flexible attitude , with strong values that align well to ours ?



Do you have:



A strong customer focused and empathetic approach to dealing with customers



The ability to undertake manual work.



The ability to work to work alone and therefore be capable of organising your workload and making decisions



Excellent communication skills .



Proficient knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety



A proven track record of working in a cleaning role

What you will be doing?



Using the WWH values , you will demonstrate effective skills and behaviours to confidently be a part of the Cleaner function and provide assistance and support to the wider team. You will enable the delivery of services to our residents by providing effective cleaning support .



You must also be a good communicator and provide a high quality, friendly customer-orientated service .

You will work in our supported housing scheme in Rhymney .
