Role Overview

As a Fast-food restaurant looking for a reliable and experienced

Cleaner / Kitchen Support Assistant

to join our team. The role includes maintaining high hygiene standards, cleaning all equipment and surfaces, following deep cleaning schedules, supporting food preparation tasks, and handling/organising daily deliveries.The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning within a restaurant or fast-paced kitchen environment and be comfortable working during a 5-hour shift each day.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and sanitising all kitchen surfaces, floors, equipment and machines Completing daily, weekly deep-cleaning tasks Ensuring all cleaning schedules are followed and documented Handling and organising deliveries, including stock rotation (FIFO) Keeping storage, waste, and equipment areas clean and tidy Assisting with basic food preparation as required Reporting maintenance issues with equipment Following all health, hygiene and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Cleaning or kitchen experience preferred (fast-food restaurant experience a plus)

Ability to handle equipment, chemicals and cleaning machinery Good organisation and attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting
Compliance & Safety

Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met. Maintain a clean and organised working environment. Follow and enforce Bim's operational procedures and policies.
