Working within the Campus Services directorate based at the University of the West of Scotland's Paisley Campus you will work alongside a friendly and supportive team and will participate in the day-to-day programme of cleaning services to ensure that the campus facilities are maintained in a clean, safe and hygienic condition.
The successful candidate should have the following:
Experience working within an Industrial/Commercial cleaning environment is essential
You must possess a basic understanding of Health & Safety requirements within a workplace; further training will be provided.
Ability to demonstrate working in a customer focused role with an emphasis on providing quality service
Demonstrate good customer service skills. Proficient in both written and spoken English - sufficient to meeting the communication and training requirements for the role.
Ability to work in a team and on your own.
Hours of duty are as follows:
1 x Post 6am -10am Monday & Tuesday to Friday 6am -9am
A degree of flexibility is also required to meet the needs of the business.
