We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team here at The Woodman Inn Nuthampstead. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure high standards of hygiene. Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate effective communication with clients and team members. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driving licence is desirable for travel between locations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-16.50 per hour
