Job Title: End of Tenancy Cleaner (Part-Time, Self-Employed)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced, self-motivated cleaners who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering high standards. If you prefer to work independently, without constant supervision or pressure to rush, this is the job for you. You manage your own time, and once the job is done properly, you are free to go home.

This is a flexible, zero-hours position on a self-employed basis. We will contact you when work becomes available, and you are free to accept or decline. There are no guaranteed minimum hours, but there's regular work for the right people.

We value quality over speed and want cleaners who can deliver exceptional results without needing a manager to supervise every step.

What We Require

Experience in end of tenancy cleaning or similar roles is essential. You must be willing to travel to clients' homes for cleaning jobs. If you don't have a car, you must be comfortable carrying a suitcase and a backpack with cleaning equipment on public transport. If you're not willing to travel with this equipment, please do not apply. Self-employed status (must be registered or willing to register). Punctuality, attention to detail, and professionalism. Ability to work independently and manage your time to ensure the job is done properly. A commitment to high standards and pride in your work. Bonus: A car and driving license will be an advantage, but willingness to relocate is also considered.
Pay Rates Per Property

60 - 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom house 75 - 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house 80 - 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house 90 - 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house 105 - 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house
Some jobs will be solo, others with help. The most important thing is that you are not rushed--you work at your own pace as long as the job is completed to a high standard.

What You'll Do

End of Tenancy Cleaning - Full property cleans to meet landlord/estate agent standards. Kitchen & Bathroom Cleaning - Deep clean and sanitize all fixtures and appliances. Living Areas and Bedrooms - Dust, mop, vacuum, and leave the home spotless. Oven and Fridge Cleaning - Remove grime and restore appliances. Waste Management - Empty bins and dispose of waste. Final Inspection - Ensure everything is ready for new tenants.
