0830-1030 at Finchley Green and then 1045-1245 at Siskin Lodge
We are looking to recruit a Cleaner at two of our retirement housing schemes, the successful candidate will form part of a small team and will work closely with other team members in order to deliver the service.
Responsibilities
Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the building to the agreed standards, whilst adhering to the Health & Safety requirements
Operation of a scheduled cleaning maintenance programme, daily, weekly, monthly, annually
Assisting with the layout of equipment for special events
Reporting to the Supervisor or Manager of damage to fittings, fabric of the buildings or equipment
Advising the Supervisor or Manager of cleaning materials stock
Follow all health and safety requirements of role
Ensuring up to date knowledge of and adhering to all Cross Keys Homes policies and procedures
The Ideal Candidate
Previous cleaning experience
Must have good attention to detail
Be able to work effectively as part of a team and have a strong work ethic
Must be reliable, trustworthy, friendly and approachable
You must have a basic/good understanding of both written and verbal English communication skills to fulfil the required duties
