Job Description
Shifts Available - Stormont Estate, Belfast, BT4 3TA
Tuesday 6:30pm - 10:30pm
Saturday 7:30pm - 11:30pm
Sunday 6:30pm - 10:30pm
On-site training will be provided - previous experience not essential
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensuring all facilities and public areas are properly maintained and presented to the facilities standard guidelines.
Ensuring quality standards and procedures are fully understood, implemented and regularly reviewed.
Assisting customer services team in the delivery of facility services.
Ensuring the proper use of equipment and materials in the correct manner and that any problems / issues are reported immediately.
Ensuring you respond to members and users concerns and find the appropriate solution.
Work effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
You will ideally have:
Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and concise verbal communication skills.
The ability to prioritise, plan, organise and demonstrate attention to detail.
The ability to inspire others and engage professionally with people.
The ability to be flexible and available to adapt to sudden changes and daily routines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
