We're hiring driven, articulate, and results-focused individuals to join our remote sales team. This is a part-time role suited to those with strong written communication skills and a confident online presence. You'll be responsible for managing real-time chat conversations, building rapport, and converting interest into paid sales.

This role is ideal for people with

sales, marketing, or social media experience

who are confident working independently, enjoy building digital relationships, and thrive in performance-led environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in written one-on-one conversations that lead to conversions Build rapport, trust, and emotional connection with leads Hit weekly targets and KPIs Work independently with professionalism and focus Adapt to feedback and coaching in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Fluent English (written) Strong spelling, grammar, and typing speed Confident communicator with a persuasive tone Sales, marketing, or social media experience is highly beneficial Must be over 18 Must have access to a reliable laptop/PC and Wi-Fi Comfortable working overnight UK hours Must feel comfortable working for a female brand & working in a female dominant environment

Shifts:

Part-time: 4-hour shifts You must be available between

12 AM - 8 AM (BST)

Minimum 3 shifts per week

Please note:

This is a self-employed position and performance-based. We are only seeking serious applicants who are hungry to earn and can commit to consistent overnight availability.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: 659.14-6,000.00 per month
