Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including airbnb, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Cleaning of domestic homes Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a clean environment. Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies. Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials as needed. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and address any concerns. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must have a valid driver's licence/ own car for travel between locations. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
