Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our cleaning services.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Requirements

Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with clients and team members. A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between locations. Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond positively to client feedback. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
