Summary

We are seeking a Cleaner to join our dynamic team at Northern Commercial Cleaning. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various client sites, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in accordance with established standards and procedures. Ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and maintained to a high standard. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Assist in the training of new staff members on cleaning protocols and best practices. Drive to various client locations as required for service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. A proactive attitude with the drive to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
