Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the pub, ensuring that all areas are tidy, presentable and safe for use. This role requires a strong attention to detail.
Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitise restrooms and communal areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Empty bins and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and stored correctly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand cleaning requirements and address any concerns.
Requirements
Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
Schedule:
Day shift Every weekend Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
