Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Monday to Friday evenings 1630-1830. The aforementioned times can be adjusted slightly to suit. 12.60 per hour.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as necessary. Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client needs and feedback.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided. Ability to communicate fluently in English to ensure clear understanding of instructions and client requests. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
