Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. Thd job is to clean and set the venue up for the day. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills in English and a strong focus on customer service to meet the needs of our clients.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness. Clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures to maintain a high standard of hygiene. Dispose of waste and ensure that rubbish bins are emptied regularly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Interact with clients courteously and professionally to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and team members. A customer service-oriented attitude is essential for ensuring client satisfaction.
