Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to meet health and safety standards. Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and effectively. Communicate with customers to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Follow established cleaning schedules while being flexible to accommodate special requests.

Requirements

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with customers and team members. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients. Ability to drive may be beneficial for roles requiring travel between locations. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet the needs of the business.
