Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to clean and service our accommodation in Portrush. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring a welcoming and safe space for new guests arriving. This role requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in all areas of the self catering accomodation. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to meet health and safety standards. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as necessary. Drive to different locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleaning duties. Communicate effectively with clients when necessary to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided. Carry out laundry duties to include making up beds and washing laundry ready for the next change over.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks are essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
