Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and well-presented. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Ensure all areas are kept tidy and free from clutter. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas regularly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and guidelines to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members. Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between job sites. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks are crucial for success in this role. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
