Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other communal areas. Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.

Skills

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Proficiency in English to understand instructions and communicate clearly. Ability to drive is advantageous for roles that require travel between locations. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
