Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including service users rooms, restrooms, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, wiped down, and sanitised as per health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming as required. Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Communicate effectively with service users and management to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with service users. A drive to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation. Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with team members and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
