We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Clean and sanitise surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks are essential for success in this role.
