Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team and assist our existing cleaner, one hour per day over 5 days. You will also be required to cover additional hours for annual/sickness leave. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and welcoming. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas. Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored correctly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high standards of service are met.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
