Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at the Retail Park. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for shoppers and staff alike. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and committed to high standards of cleanliness. Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Duties

Perform daily cleaning tasks as directed around the centre The use of cleaning machinery - Full training provided Empty waste bins and dispose of waste responsibly throughout the retail park. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors. Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines while maintaining flexibility for additional tasks as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial or retail cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new hires. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively. Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may include standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and reaching. This role is vital in ensuring the retail environment remains clean, safe, and inviting for customers and staff alike.
