Part-Time Cleaner - Show Homes & Sales Centres

Pay:

12.60 per hour

Hours:

16 hours per week - 4 hours x 4 days (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri - 7:30am-11:30am)

About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused cleaner to maintain the high standards of show homes and sales centres in Cotgrave for our clients, who are leading UK housing developers. You'll be working across two sites just a minute apart, helping us ensure these properties always look spotless and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy show homes and sales centres to a high standard. General dusting, hoovering, mopping, and polishing. Straighten furnishings and ensure properties are show-ready. Cleaning external railings and hand wipe windows (not full window cleaning). Empty bins and carry out light upkeep tasks as required. From time to time, carrying out cleaning to "Stock" houses (completed, but not sold).

Requirements:

Own car or van to transport cleaning equipment between nearby sites. Able to work independently while keeping to a fixed schedule. Confident using a mobile app to clock in and out. Friendly, professional, and well-presented - regular contact with sales staff. Strong timekeeping and attention to detail. Conversational English skills (to understand and respond to basic requests from clients).

Additional Information:

Bank holidays are standard working days unless agreed otherwise on a per-day basis. Although there's no direct supervision day-to-day, work is regularly inspected by our team and the client's senior staff - there is no room for error. The role requires a disciplined, proactive attitude and a genuine pride in maintaining high cleaning standards. All materials required will be supplied. Applicants coming from a cleaning background is preferable, but not necessary, as training and guidance will be provided from day one.

Future Opportunities:

While this role is primarily focused on maintaining front-of-house presentation, there may be opportunities to expand into our site cleaning team. This would involve working inside new-build plots, helping bring homes from just-built to move-in ready. Applicants who maintain excellent standards and are seeking additional hours or progression may be considered for this type of work in the future.
