Gower College Swansea is one of the largest colleges in Wales with a strong reputation for high quality teaching and learning. We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners. We currently have a turnover of over 50 million making us a major employer in the region with approximately 1,000 staff.

The Cleaner roles:




Both roles are at an hourly rate of

13.45.



Vacancy A - Kingsway



16 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum

Monday to Thursday 7am - 10.15am, Fri 7am to 10am

Fixed term until 31/12/2026

Vacancy B - Gorseinon



16 hours per week, 36 weeks per annum (term time)

Monday to Thursday 6am to 9:15 am and Friday 6am to 9am

Key Responsibilities:



Ensuring that College cleanliness is maintained on a daily basis, including the use of mops, vacuum cleaners and electrical buffers and polishers. To ensure that a safe working practice is adhered to in all cleaning activities.

About you:





Able to undertake a range of manual cleaning activities. Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness in accordance with specified rotas. Available to work flexible hours on occasion.
