We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. Duties

Manage daily operations across assigned locations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Drive performance improvements by analysing operational metrics and implementing effective strategies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction at all levels. Train, mentor, and support team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance productivity. Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies that align with company goals. Maintain accurate records of operational activities and prepare reports as required.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear communication with staff and customers. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and resolving issues effectively. Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
