Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and meet our high standards. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised, including floors, windows, and furniture. Manage waste disposal efficiently and responsibly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed. Drive to different locations as required for cleaning assignments. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Must possess a valid driving licence to travel between sites as necessary. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks are essential for success in this role. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
