The Role

We are looking for a

dedicated and reliable Cleaner

to join our growing team. This role involves cleaning and preparing properties before, during, and after refurbishment works. You'll play a key part in ensuring our sites are tidy, presentable, and ready for handover.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas after refurbishment. Preparing void properties for handover or new tenants. Removing dust, debris, and general waste from work areas. Maintaining cleanliness standards across all sites. Using cleaning materials and equipment safely and effectively. Reporting any damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns.

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience (preferably in construction or social housing). Attention to detail and pride in your work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management and reliability. Must hold a valid UK driving licence. CSCS card beneficial but not required (training can be provided).
