As Cleaning Compliance Operations Manager,

you'll have:

Experience in a compliance, health and safety, or operational role—ideally within facilities management or the public sector. Qualifications in IOSH and/or BICS are desirable, but not essential—we're happy to support your development. Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills. Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A full UK driving licence. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively using initiative.
