We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the efficiency of our business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing operational teams. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cleaning teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics for smooth execution of cleaning contracts.
Implement and maintain health and safety procedures and compliance with industry standards.
Sales & Client Relations:
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategy to drive growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handling communications, resolving concerns, and ensuring retention.
Prepare quotes and service proposals.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, supervise, and support cleaning staff to maintain performance standards.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Foster a positive and productive work environment with clear communication and expectations.
Administration & Reporting:
Manage budgets, cost controls, and supplier relationships.
Track and report on KPIs, service quality, staff performance, and client feedback.
Maintain accurate records, including staff rosters, timesheets, and equipment inventory.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an
Operations Manager
or similar role (cleaning or service industry preferred).
Demonstrated success in
sales
and client relationship management.
Strong
leadership and staff management
skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using scheduling, CRM, and reporting software.
Valid UK driving license.
