The main purpose of the role for the cleaning operative is to ensure that their allocated area is cleaned to the required specification whilst adhering to defined procedures and health and safety regulations.

About The Role

Duties will include:

Maintaining your area of work to the highest standard - each area will have its own cleaning checklist to complete with frequency requirements. Cleaning offices / work surfaces / public areas (Hoovering, Polishing, Sweeping, Collection and removal of waste, Mopping) Cleaning washroom areas. Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels) Adhere to Company policies and procedures. Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required. Ensure that you and others in your department are working safely. Carry out tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your manager.

Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

Hours of work:

Monday: 08:00-13:00

Wednesday: 08:00-13:00

(10 hours per week, flexibility is ideal to accommodate more hours where required)

Required Criteria

+ Proven previous experience of cleaning to a professional standard or experience in a similar role o High attention to detail o Very well organised o Good time management skills o Reliable o Trustworthy o Ability to work as part of a team and independently o Positive and approachable manner o Self-motivated o Great communication & Interpersonal skills

Full and valid driving license.
