Cleaning Operative (mornings)

Job Description
Established since 2019, Spire Cleaning Services Ltd are specialists in commercial cleans, end of tenancy cleans, and construction cleans.
We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Operative to service golf club in Cromer, who are friendly, self-motivated, hardworking, and reliable. Your role will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities, in accordance with agreed specification showing good attention to detail.
Job objectives and responsibilities:
Mopping floors with wet or damp mops. Hoovering of carpeted areas. Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points. Be able to competently mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use. Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels (if contractual). Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks (if contractual). Clean communal kitchen areas (if contractual).
Personal Skills:
Hard working Self-motivated Reliable Friendly Positive attitude Good communication skills. Previous experience in cleaning environment preferred. Knowledge of cleaning substances and techniques preferable. A strong customer focused approach. Be able to work without supervision. Be able to follow a schedule and work to deadlines. Good timekeeping and personal presentation skills.
Hours: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 5-8am. This role could also be split between 2 people.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
