As Cleaning Operative within our Facilities Services Team, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at our client's site.

Location: Derry city centre

Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-12noon (20hrs per week)

Role and Responsibilities

Accommodation cleaning: vacuuming and mopping floors, emptying of waste bins.

Washroom cleaning: cleaning of toilet and urinals and sinks. Mopping of floors, polishing mirrors and surfaces. Stocking hand towels and toilet paper.

Kitchen / canteen cleaning: Mopping and vacuuming of floors. Cleaning of kitchen tables. Cleaning of tea making and sink area including fridge and microwave. Emptying of bins.

Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are properly used and maintained.

Adhere to Health & Safety guideline.

Maintain a professional attitude with clients.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Previous commercial or contract cleaning experience is preferable.

Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and techniques.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Good general mobility.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour
