Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Cleaning Operative Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3 maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in a Office/Warehouse/ Medical environment, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for our clients. You will be required to work Mon- Fri for 3.5 hours per shift, 17.5 per week.

Responsibilities:

- Supervising your cleaning team to ensure all tasks are to a high standard
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and customer areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Area Manager
- Assist with inventory control of cleaning supplies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
