Site Supervisor Cleaning Operative

Hoddesdon EN11

- 40 Hours per week, Monday - Friday, Shifts between 7am-5pm.

What you will do:

Manage 10 - 15 members of cleaning staff.

- Liaise with Clients and Company Management on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all needs are continually met.

- Monitor working times and to report staff absences.

- Co-ordinate, direct and monitor staff in their duties of dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.

- Monitor staffs work performances, practices and behaviour ensuring both the clients and the company's policies and procedures are continually met.

- Maintain supplies of cleaning materials and equipment, keeping check of what will be requires and to place stock orders when needed.

- Provide monthly and weekly Audit reports - detailing areas of improvement or concerns.

What you will need:

Experience of managing a team.

- Ability to communicate effectively.

- Able to engage and influence staff.

- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

- 3 years of cleaning experience minimum.

- Knowledge of Health and Safety.

- Reliability and flexibility.

Training will also be provided.
