Schedule (Monday - Friday) Between 8.30am - 18.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
A background working in both residential and commercial properties & facilities.
Having attention to detail and the ability to clean within timeframes
An awareness of the need to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at clients properties, ensuring H&S protocols are adhered too.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment for all team members.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning staff during the day shift. Provide hands-on support to the cleaning team.
Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently, with attention to detail.
Check inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting orders as necessary. Report any faults or deficiencies in timely manner to management.
Address any issues or complaints from staff or clients promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and staff performance while on shift, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
Promote a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and communication among staff.
Any other reasonable management requests
Be reliable and punctual
Requirements:
We require an experienced individual with at least 2 years supervisory experience, to lead and provide hands on support to cleaning tasks and supervising the team.
At both Residential and Commercial properties and sites that services are provided to on a weekly basis. Must be eligible to work in the UK. This role will require a reference from your most recent employer and a cleaning employer.
(Driving to clients sites around Milton Keynes and surrounding areas would be required - Candidates with clean license and a car required)
Due to the nature of the role a Basic (DBS) Certificate will be required.
