Job Overview

We are seeking a

dedicated and experienced Supervisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess

strong leadership skills

and a

proven ability to manage and supervise staff effectively

. This role is crucial in ensuring that operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

The Supervisor will be responsible for

overseeing daily activities, fostering a positive work environment

, and

driving team performance

, while also working hands-on in the field on kitchen extract and ventilation cleaning tasks in line with TR19 Grease standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage ductwork cleaning operatives on-site Perform kitchen extract and ventilation duct cleaning Ensure all work meets TR19 Grease specification Complete cleaning reports and job documentation Provide training, guidance, and support to team members Monitor workflow and productivity; implement improvements where needed Conduct performance evaluations and give feedback Address team issues or conflicts promptly and professionally Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness on site Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Liaise with clients and company management Collaborate with leadership to improve team efficiency and morale

Essential Requirements

Proven

experience in a supervisory role

managing teams Previous experience in

ductwork or ventilation cleaning

Experience completing reports to

TR19 Grease specification

Valid

TR19 Grease Hygiene Training Certificate

Strong organisational and communication skills Proactive and confident decision-maker Full UK driving licence Comfortable working at height and performing physical tasks Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required Flexible with working hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends)

Desirable (Not Essential):

CSCS Card Asbestos Awareness Certificate

14.75 per hour

Paid travel time

25 daily tax-free meal allowance for overnight stays

28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)

15 days must be retained for a 3-week company-wide Christmas shutdown
