The Role

We're seeking a

Cleaning Sales & Operations Manager

to play a hands-on role at the heart of our operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Operations, you'll oversee a team of cleaning operatives, support our clients, and help to expand our footprint across the region. This is a blend of sales, operations, and people management, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, quality service, and effective communication Manage and support a team of cleaning operatives, driving high standards and performance Act as first point of contact for clients, attending site visits and supporting account growth Handle staff rotas, holiday cover, and sickness management Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff as the business grows Be part of the on-call duty rota for urgent operational support Analyse performance data to identify improvements and opportunities Use digital tools (scheduling software, CRM, Outlook, Google Suite) to streamline operations Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and supporting sales activity
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales, operations, or people management within a fast-paced environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, support, and manage a team Confident communicator who can build strong client relationships Organised and efficient, with the resilience to handle challenges Basic IT literacy essential; experience with AI tools or advanced platforms is a bonus Full UK driving licence

Schedule
