Duties

Requirements



Proven experience in a managerial role within a service environment. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others. Ability to drive initiatives that enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Proficient in using relevant software tools for reporting and analysis. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making abilities. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
