Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor for a town centre building.
You must have an eye for detail for this Monday to Friday role.
Hours are 6pm - 8.30pm and there's parking on site.
Start date is asap!
Main duties will be, but are not limited to:
Supervise a team of cleaners
Completing monthly timesheets
Completing weekly stock takes
Take ownership of Health & Safety for yourself and others at work
Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and safe working order
Reporting directly to the Area Manager
Checking cleaning standards daily
Managing staff absence with the Area Manager
Completing facilities duties
Securing and locking the building at the end of the shift
The successful candidate:
Will have experience as a Cleaning Supervisor
Ideally understand the cleaning industry and supervisory experience.
Be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
Be able to work to a schedule using their own initiative.
Be able to work as part of a team.
