Cleaning Site Supervisor
Job Description
22.5 hours per week
To ensure the smooth running of the cleaning service at both Pencoed & Cynffig Comprehensive Schools. You will split your time between the two sites, Pencoed (10hours per week) and Cynffig (12.5 hours per week).
You will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff at each site, making sure all cleaning is completed safely and to the highest standard. You will liaise with the schools Site Supervisors to ensure that any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently and escalate to the Area Supervisor if required.
The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
An Enhanced with Childrens Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post.
