Job Title: Domestic Cleaning Quality Supervisor

Location: 21 Queens Road, Chester, CH3 5HB Servicing Chester and surrounding areas

Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday (occasional flexibility required)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Cleaning Quality Supervisor to play a vital role in maintaining service excellence and supporting staff training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and assess cleaning standards across client properties Deliver hands-on training and ongoing coaching to housekeepers Conduct regular quality control checks and follow-ups Provide feedback to improve individual and team performance Address client concerns and implement solutions to retain satisfaction Support onboarding of new staff with structured training plans Work closely with management to drive continual service improvements Complete other tasks requested by company directors in helping running the day to day operations , growing our team and client base.
Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in domestic cleaning supervision, hospitality, or housekeeping management Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Strong communication and people-management skills Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude Full UK manual driving licence
